- Choose an Appropriate Box: A box that’s too big and filled with too much filler will increase the chances of the item breaking. Find a box that fits the mug snugly; it should be just large enough to fit the mug, a couple of sheets of packaging material, and a filler material.
- Prepare the Box: Reinforce the bottom of the box and all of the corners with strong shipping tape. This will help protect the mugs from any shocks during transit.
