How to Clean a Glass Coffee Decanter

What You’ll Need:
- Mild dish soap
- Soft sponge or scrubbing brush
- White vinegar
- Clean water

Step 1: Rinse the Inside
Start by rinsing the inside of the decanter with clean water and a soft sponge or scrubbing brush. This will remove any surface deposits.
Step 2: Wash with Soap and Water
Next, fill the decanter with warm water and a drop of mild dish soap. Allow the mixture to stand for a few minutes and then scrub it with a soft sponge or brush. Rinse out the warm soapy water.
Step 3: Use Vinegar and Water
To remove any remaining deposits, mix equal parts white vinegar and water and pour the mixture into the decanter. Allow the vinegar and water to sit for a few minutes, then scrub the inside with a soft brush or sponge. Rinse the inside with warm, clean water.
